We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner until we met Kacie at Honey Belle Events. Kacie and Michelle made sure our wedding day was perfect but Honey Belle Events is about so much more than just one day! From the moment we met Kacie we knew she was special. We got to see first-hand how passionate, attentive, sweet, and organized she is; she made sure every detail was exactly as we wanted. Kacie walked us through the entire planning and execution of our wedding with ease and an excited yet calm and confident demeanor. Our favorite thing about Kacie and Michelle is how talented and creative they are. Our wedding invitations and our ‘fingerprint tree’ were hand drawn by Kacie to reflect our style and venue and will forever be treasured keepsakes! Kacie decorated our ceremony and reception site which looked and felt like we were in a magazine spread. When I got engaged I was excited but overwhelmed to say the very least. With a full time work schedule and part time school, I had no idea when I’d find time to plan a wedding. Of course, Kacie was the first and only person I contacted for help. She was so helpful and full of ideas for us, it really felt like she was just as excited for the wedding as we were. She worked with us to design a service package that helped us where we needed it, and still left some things to us. Throughout the process of planning, I was able to contact Kacie with any and every little concern I had. I’m *a little* bit of a control freak but she never once lost patience with me. She always was there to reassure me and offer quick solutions. I had an idea and a general theme that I wanted for the wedding, but I’m more of just an idea person. I haven’t the first clue of how to condense those ideas into real life. Thank goodness Kacie has such an amazing talent for design. All the photos below are things she brought to life from my vague ramblings of what I wanted to see. Can y’all believe that ceremony backdrop?! That was all Kacie’s vision and design. I got so many compliments on our invitations— they were designed by Kacie as well! Aside from design, Kacie helped with everything; the save the dates, reviewing contracts from vendors, correspondence with the vendors, picking a photographer, setting a budget, keeping up with payment deadlines, design of the invitations, map and inserts, ordering all the invites, creating a checklist of items we needed, creating a schedule of events for the day of, coordination of the vendors the day of, etc. I could go on and on. I can’t stress enough that we would not have been able to pull off our wedding without Kacie. and her assistant, Michelle. Throughout the entire process I was so thankful to have a team to lean on when I was nervous, confused or overwhelmed. Everyone told me that something inevitably would go wrong on our wedding day — and we were mentally prepared for that. I can honestly say that I can’t think of even one thing that didn’t go according to plan. The day of was completely relaxed for me; Kacie and Michelle took care of everything. I didn’t have to deal with the vendors directly, I didn’t have to worry about set up/tear down; everything was taken care of. I know this is 1000% because of Kacie’s planning and attention to detail. If you are newly engaged or even if you’ve started planning, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Honey Belle Events. For us, Kacie was an overall planner but she also offers different packages to fit your needs! Wedding planning can be so overwhelming but Kacie really makes it a fun experience. We owe all the success and happiness of our day to Kacie and Michelle. We love you and will be forever singing your praises! |
